Halwayat Al Bohsali Sour Lebanon

On my way to visit my village in Jwaya South of Lebanon. I had to stop in the city of Sour to have the best Lebanese Kanafeh. Kanafeh is one of the greatest of all Lebanese pastries traditionally enjoyed for breakfast. Kanafeh is fine semolina dough layered with wonderful cheese blend, that melts when baked. Garnished with crushed fresh pistachio and dazzling orange blossom sugar syrup. Served in a pocket of sesame Ka’ik Bread. 

At Halwayat Al Bohsali in sour you can also enjoy all sorts of Lebanese pastries and selection of mouth-watering sweet deserts including the baklawa.
