Hot pot, also known as steamboat, is a variety of East Asian food, prepared with a simmering pot of stock at the dining table. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table. Typical hot pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, leaf vegetables, mushrooms, wontons, egg dumplings, tofu, and seafood. The cooked food is usually eaten with a dipping sauce. Hot pot meals are usually eaten in the winter during supper time.
Been to the little lamb in Chinatown london after weeks of studies and research on how to make the most of my hot pot. After my experience I was not disappointed and could not wait to they it again.
Little lamb is a nice cosy restaurant. Friendly staff and very helpful. We were given time to go through the list of choices and were helped to select. The staffs knew we were beginners and where there to make our stay an experience not to forget. I was very happy with the service and AILEE was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely go back there and recommend it to others.
