Canela uses produce sourced and imported directly from Portugal and the menu features the freshest, finest food, charcuterie, cheeses and wine from specialist regions around the country. Each dish at canela has been developed from original recipes and family favourites. Nice cosy place to enjoy a quick meal and a nice glass of wine. Went there one afternoon while I was at Covent Garden for a quick bite.

Sun dried salted cod cooked with onions, eggs and chips. Served with mix salad on the side,

Pasteis de bacalhau

Codfish pastries, made from potatoes, Bacalhau, eggs, parsley and onion. Then deep fried and served hot or cold before meals as an appetizer
