KINGHAT SMOKED SALMON PATE

One of my favourite and the easiest to do. Will not take you 15 min to do.

Ingredients

150-200g of smoked salmon
125g of mascarpone cheese or (soft cheese)
1/2 lime juice
Fresh dill for garnish
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Method

Using a food processor

Scoop in the mascarpone cheese, add the lime juice and the smoked salmon

Blend together until smoothen but not to smooth

Serve it chilled with toasted bruschetta’s and garnish with the dill.

You can also be creative and serve it as canapes to impress. Simply add extra smoked salmon and cut little square pieces.  Spread pate on to half of each bruschetta take a piece of smoked salmon and place on the other half side of the bruschetta. Then snap a few dill and sprinkle on the smoked salmon piece side.
